Julius Reque, Exclusive Photographer For Vasensa Vancouver

Vasensa Vancouver is proud to announce that we were able to win Julius Reque as an exclusive photographer. His pictures will complement Yvonne’s photographs and add different perspectives to our selection of photographs.

Julius "Rikki" Reque was born in the Philippines, lived in San Francisco, CA for seven years and immigrated to Canada in 2010. As a landscape photographer, he travelled with his partner to different states in the US and lived in different cities, photographing nature and people while producing travel videos for a major world travel publication. Photographer Julius Reque, Work Selected For Whatcom County Exhibit

Bellingham, WA. Dec 4, 2009 - Futurewise Whatcom, the local chapter of statewide land-use advocacy organization, Futurewise, which works to promote healthy communities and cities while protecting farmland, forests and shorelines today and for future generations will hold a photography competition that emphasizes land use issues specific to Whatcom County. Selected images will be hung in tonight's Futurewise Photography opening at the Mount Bakery Café at 308 W Champion St. Bellingham, WA. The show opens with Art Walk at 6 PM until 9 PM and the exhibit will hang for the rest of the month of December.

Selected photographs will emphasize the existing and emerging land use issues affecting how we live on our land here in Whatcom County, and will be awarded in up to 6 categories, including People & Animals, Landscapes, Water, Growth & Livability, Farming, and Bounty.
